Production Process

1. Manufacture door frame and door leaf: forming door frame and door panel cutting, bending procedure,

stamping forming and welding sequence stainless steel plate;
2, the surface of the washing: the defatting agent water solution of the door frame and door is soaked for 2 to 30 minutes;

then, it will be 3, clean water for 1 to 10 minutes, and the rough surface of the doorframe and the door fan will be roughened.
4, spray primer: door frame and door leaf oven, heat to 50 to 200 degrees Celsius, and then start spraying primer, the door frame

and door fan and primer into the oven and then heated to 50 to 200 degrees Celsius;
5. Spray the top coat, spray the door frame and door leaf to the spray frame, spray the metal top coat, heat it to 50 to

200 degrees Celsius, then dry it.

Packaging & Shipping

6, packaging and warehousing: remove dry door frames and door fans and assemble them into finished

products after packaging and storage.
