Product Description1. Aluminum frame: 1.4mm thickness famous brand aluminum profile as door frame. The aluminum frame
can be water-proof,borer-proof and fire-rated. The aluminum frame will not out-of -shape easy with good weight capacity.
2.40 mm thickness Door leaf: 5mm Melamine MDF panel+Aluminum honey comb inside structure+solid wood frame+ 5mm Melamine MDF panel.
It is strong enough for this structure.
3.Compare with the paint door, it can be wear-proof,heat-proof, water-proof and be withstand a certain concentration of acid, alkali, grease and alcohol abrasion. It has good flush surface, not easy out of shape, colorful and nontoxic.
4.Whole aluminum honey comb core structure: the best weight-strength ratio, as the core has good braced force to the door leaf surface so the melamine panel can be full play its ability of tensile or compressive load. it also can be wear-proof,heat-proof, water-proof and sound-proof.
