2.40 mm thickness Door leaf: 5mm Melamine MDF panel+Aluminum honey comb inside structure+solid wood frame+ 5mm Melamine MDF panel.
It is strong enough for this structure.
3.Compare with the paint door, it can be wear-proof,heat-proof, water-proof and be withstand a certain concentration of acid, alkali, grease and alcohol abrasion. It has good flush surface, not easy out of shape, colorful and nontoxic.
